From securing domestic sites with cutting-edge surveillance systems to leading international projects, my journey has been marked by growth and exploration. Beginning with my hands-on experience in installing security cameras across the U.S., I advanced to a pivotal role at EarthCam, which took me on my first international assignment to Taiwan. Today, as a key player at Telemetrics, my expertise has expanded globally, with frequent travels to implement advanced broadcasting robotics solutions around the world.

Flying Solo to Taiwan

Appointed directly by the CEO of EarthCam, I was selected to serve as Senior Field Engineer for an important client, putting my typical product design repsonsibilities on hold. I was tasked with travelling across the globe with equipment in hand and a loose plan, get a camera streaming in every major location. in just two weeks time I had scouted 5 locations and installed cameras in a country which I did not speak the naitve tongue.

I tend to take the road less traveled by. I went to college for a few years before deciding that managing my own business would better suit me. I felt school wasn't where I belonged my whole life, and college was not the exception I hoped it would be. What did excite and challenge me, however, was starting my own electronic security business, Virtual Shield Systems LLC.
